Overview
The "Jewel of the West”, Gujrat is one of the most exuberant costal state of India, located on the country's western coast, which is Rich in every sense, such as Gujarat has much to offer such as crafts, history and natural beauty. It is also the home of some renowned religious places such as Dwarka and Somnath. ‘Explore Dwarka and Somnath’ is the well-designed itinerary which gives you the chance to explore the well-known temples of Gujrat, you will also attend the Aarti at Dwarakadheesh and Somnath Temples. The duration of the tour is 02 nights and 03 days, covering the destinations such as Dwarka, Porbandar and Somnath.
Itinerary
Day 01: Dwarka (Arrival) Sightseeing
Upon arrival in Dwarka, check into the hotel and relax for some time. Later, you can visit the Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple and Gopi temple, it believed that it is the place where Lord Krishna performed playful dance with Gopis. Later take a ferry boat ride to the holy Island of Bet Dwarka.
On the way, visit the Rukmani Temple and partake in the evening Aarti at Dwarakadheesh Temple.
Stay overnight at the hotel in Dwarka.
Day 02: Dwarka – Porbander (By Road-105 kms)– Somnath (By Road-128 kms)Sightseeing
Today be a part of the morning Aarti at Dwarakadheesh Temple. After Post breakfast, leave by road for Somnath. On the way, visit Porbandar, the birth place of Mahatma Gandhi. On arrival in Somnath, check in to the hotel. After freshen up, proceed to visit the Somnath Temple, where you can also attend the evening aarti or see the Sound and Light Show.
Overnight stay and dinner at the Somnath.
Day 03: Departure from Somnath
Today is the last day of the tour. Have your breakfast and then check-out from the hotel. Later, leave for the railway station or Diu airport for your onward journey.
